Thank you President Washington! This incredibly brief little rule simply means: be considerate. I work in retail and human behavior is apalling to me. Not only do parents ignore running children, but I have thrown teenagers out of my store for kicking playground balls. These balls were for sale, the kids had not purchased them. Society is out of control! So, here is a short list of rules to help you raise your young ladies and gentlemen better than the hoodlums I had to run out of my store!
